Marketing Audit

How we are set up

One inspector. Every country you buy from.

Our inspectors are based in Pakistan and travel to the factory. The same person applies the same standard across your entire supplier base — not a different local subcontractor in every country, who may well know the factory owner.

Who hires us

Importers and retailers in Europe

Retail chains, wholesalers and importers who order container loads they cannot go and see for themselves.

What we do

Three services. Most clients start with one.

Importers come to us to check goods. Buyers come to us to decide what to order. Manufacturers come to us to find buyers. The three fit together, but you can hire us for any one of them.

For importers

Pre-shipment quality audits

Our inspector attends the factory before you confirm the order or release the balance payment, samples the goods against your own specification, and tells you what is actually in the cartons.

  • ISO 2859-1 AQL sampling
  • Critical / major / minor grading
  • Timber moisture readings
  • Joint and frame integrity
  • Finish, colour and hardware
  • Dimensions against spec
  • Carton drop and packaging
  • Container loading supervision

How an audit runs

From your order to a go or no-go.

Five steps, in order. Each one decides whether the next happens — and only two of them need anything from you.

01

You send the brief

Purchase order, specification, tolerances, and anything a supplier has got wrong before. We turn it into an inspection checklist and send it back for your approval.

You
02

We travel to the factory

We fix the date with you, then our inspector flies out and attends in person. One named inspector, whichever country the manufacturer is in.

Us
03

Sampling on the floor

Units drawn to ISO 2859-1 at the AQL you set. Frames, joints, finish, hardware, dimensions and packaging, each defect graded critical, major or minor and counted against the accept and reject numbers.

Us
04

Report within 24 hours

Photographs, measurements and defect counts, with the verdict stated plainly. Findings, not opinions dressed up as findings.

05

You decide

Release for loading, send back for rework, or hold payment. If it goes back for rework we can re-inspect, and supervise the container being stuffed.

Get started

Tell us what you're importing.

Send the product, the quantity and where it is being made. We come back with a scope, a price, and the earliest date we can be on the factory floor.

  • 01We read your order and come back with questions, usually the same working day.
  • 02You get a written scope and a fixed price. No inspection starts before you approve it.
  • 03We confirm the date with you and the factory, and book travel.
